Bill has been working at the UConn Health Center since 1981, and has been Director of the Biomedical and Medica Communications Department since 1990.  He is actively involved in all major projects and manages all its administrative, personnel, and financial functions.  Bill works with our clients on the general design and all budgetary concerns of their projects.

Bill specializes in the instructional design and programming of our interactive multimedia programs.
